Covid-19 Statement

To Our Clients:

In our last email we promised to keep you updated with any changes to our strategy during the current COVID-19 crisis. As previously stated, our first priority is keeping our employees and clients safe and well-informed while doing what we can to help minimize potential spread of the coronavirus.

Please know we have devoted significant resources and efforts to help mitigate against possible adverse impacts from the coronavirus and will continue working hard to provide the level of service you have come to expect from Advantage.

Steps we’re taking:

Our teams are monitoring information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and federal, state and local agencies to help ensure the actions we’re taking are in line with the latest CDC recommendations and guidance.

We are communicating regularly with our employees to keep them informed and to ensure their safety and that of our clients.

We have also installed hand sanitizer stations throughout our offices and production facilities for use by both employees and customers, and we are conducting enhanced cleaning in our office and production facilities at the most urgent level.

Certain Advantage employees have been asked to work remotely during this period, for a duration dictated by government guidance and requirements. We are prepared for absenteeism by providing those employees working remotely with technology resources during the COVID-19 crises period. All of our data networks remain secured while available for remote access.

The Advantage companies have made the business decision to suspend all business air travel to minimize exposure to our employees, clients and the general public.

As a precautionary step, we have begun checking each of our employee’s temperature at the beginning of each business day and are sending home any employee with the indication of a fever or flu-like symptoms for a minimum of 48 hours.
